Posting Rules and regulations
1. We do not allow any rude or harassing posts or communications with other members, moderators, or administrators.
2. We do not allow any posts that contain vulgar, obscene or indecent language or images; bigoted, hateful or racially/sexually offensive statements; has content that advocates illegal activity or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them; contains unauthorized copyrighted material; language that defames, abuses or threatens others; advertising or any form of commercial solicitation and/or material that does not pertain to the board’s given topic.
3. If you are suspended and come back with a different registration, you will be permanently banned. If you attempt registration after being banned, we will report you to your ISP (s) and authorities. Multiple handles are prohibited and will result in the suspension of both/all.
4. We do not allow you to post private communications by anyone else (emails or Private Messages), or to post details about another person such as their phone number, email address, personal address, life outside of this message board, etc. The posting of any personal information will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
5. We don't allow discussion, links to or promotion of other topically-related online forums or groups. If you have a problem with your membership on another board, take it up with the admin or mods there, do not bring it here. By the same token, if you have a problem here, do not take it elsewhere. We are certain that we can find a solution to any problem that might arise.
6. If you choose to end your membership on DWTS Fans, or if we end your membership, we are not responsible for removing your posts or your registration information.
7. All members must maintain a valid email address in their profile. Any use of an obviously false address will be grounds for termination of your membership.
8. Duplicate threads or threads which deal with basically the same subject will be merged together when found or removed at the discretion of the moderator doing the cleanup as to keep board clutter to a minimum. We do not need to have 30 threads talking about how one contestant is being short changed in the scoring or receiving preferential treatment. We also have the Whine and Cheeze section for people bitch and complain in.
SUMMARY: Your membership is a privilege, not a right. If you don’t agree with the rules, you should find a discussion site that better meets your expectations. Although we value every member and want you to be here, if your membership causes us trouble, we may choose to suspend or ban you. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any member for any reason, not limited to the above rules.
